He brings over a decade of experience in sponsored loans, including 7 years dedicated to debt advisory, advising on a wide range of complex transactions for private equity investors

Before launching TS Advisory in 2024, Jeroen was a director at Nielen Schuman’s debt advisory team, where he worked 6 years advising private equity investors on dual-track acquisition financing processes, negotiating senior and unitranche structures. He successfully advised numerous borrowers across the lower- and upper Benelux mid-market, spanning a wide range of industries
Prior to this, Jeroen worked at NIBC’s leveraged finance department where he started his career in 2014
